Its small but a fun area. Only cons are that there is no age limit. Which makes me a little nervous. Play area is very limited and I see high school kids around 5 feet tall that easily look over 150 lbs. The smaller kids like 3-4 year olds will have to share together on a 10x10 enclosed area and play at their own risk. There is no supervising staff that will limit any kind of actions. I would not recommend if you have smaller kids. I came here with my kids a few times but most likely will be my last. I notified the staff about the wild bigger kids and they said there is no age restriction or playing limits. There are very unethical/uncivilized people that will not care about smaller kids getting injured. The area with 3 floor climbing area is totally a hazard to be on when bigger kids will jump down. Attached is the area of concern. They should add rules to this part. BTW, I was told even adults can join and play there so there wasn’t much they can do. No notice of conduct or age range for the main playing area.
This place gets packed! My daughter loves it! She is almost 2 years old and they have a a toddler space but older kids (5 and up)don’t care and they run every where including the toddler side and that worries me they will hurt my baby… the staff they’re only in the reception or in the snack area and no one is paying attention that the older kids go to play to the toddler side and their parents they also don’t care. I like how you can walk around the mall after your kids play and there’s plenty restaurants and different options including Mexican food.
This location is slightly pricecier than a similar indoor playground in Orange County, which is why I rated it four stars. This location is nice though, because they not only have playground and obstacle courses, they also have pretend play area as well as a bilingual library. I would say this indoor playground tries to be more toddler, friendly, though I’ve seen from other reviews that there is no age limit to play so older kids can buy tickets and run around like crazy, depending on the time of day. the major downside of this indoor playground is that all adults have to purchase a ticket just to enter, meeting there is no indoor or outdoor seating area just for family members or spectators. a ticket for a child costs a little over $20, while an adult tickets cost under five dollars.
Been invited here for a friend’s kid’s party party for the first time. The cleanliness was impressive and slides looks amazing even for me. The party room decorations were one of the BEST I’ve ever seen in LA. Everything was just sooo cute and organized. The princess here make me feel like I’m literally in Disneyland. I have to say this is the best Kid’s birthday party I’ve ever attended. The room was prepared before the party starts, so we even get to sit and relax in the room longer than we expected.
I thought it was decent, I think it's definitely for the smaller kids' more so than say 7+..
I don't care so much for these indoor playgrounds that are within a mall. They are very small, more condensed, prefer the independent places.. He had fun for 2 hours then was bored. I'd say for 5 and under a 5 star rating as it will seem huge to them!!
It is very fun for the kids, but nothing like it used to be before the pandemic. Lots of things are missing in areas that are needed for the children to learn and play. Some stuff is broken
Very cool playground for the kids. They have different sections depending on the kids age. It's very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Weekends get a bit crowded. Restrooms are very clean as well. PlayPie is located inside The Source. Parking is free.
Great place for kids 2+. I was there for my nephew's bday with my 10 month old. It was too crazy for my baby, he was overwhelmed, but all the other million kids were having a blast. Recommend if you want to kill a few hours with your kids. Not a ton of places for parents to hang out, but they have random seating all around.
